SL1M is a program that provides internship and trainee provisions for fresh graduates by Government-linked companies to reduce unemployment rate among the youths. The objective of this program is to improve the marketability and the ability of graduates to find jobs. This program is made possible through the cooperation and commitment of the Government-linked companies and private companies throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak . Beside that, participants who join this program will undergo soft skill training and on job training with the participating companies to increase their self-confidence to get the job in a company.
